As promised, my lunch box.

Can you spot what's inside my lunch box?

I know I can't be that far from you, If we're both looking at the same side of the moon

I don't think the moon in a foreign land is rounder than the one back home. But I do think that it looks smaller here in Dubai.

Anyway, a happy mid autumn festival to all my readers.

Mozzarella Chicken Slab

Learnt this receipe from a blog and adpated it a bit to suit my taste. It is easy to cook and yummy to eat.

Am feeling so proud now.

Ramadan Kareem

It's the month of Ramadan and neither eating nor drinking in the public is allowed.

Most restaurants are closed and non-muslims have to eat in certain designated areas, including my office.

Hence all my colleagues either prepare lunchboxes or order takeouts from Subway or Burger King. And we sit around the coffee table and chitchat during lunch.

It is quite fun actually. Great time for office bonding. Will show you my lunchbox when I have the photos ready.

Movie marathon weekend 2

Learning from last weekend, I didn't rent 6 movies this time. I only rented 4 this weekend.*feeling so smart*

The Constant Gardener

Two thumbs up. I thought it was a boring documentary type of movie but it was not. Extremely well directed, written and edited. The music score is great. Flawless performance by Ralph Fiennes and Rachel Weisz.

Catch and Release

A movie starring Jennifer Garner. A forgettable movie. Nice and sweet but nothing interesting, inspiring nor entertaining. However I would love to have the entire wardrobe of Jennifer Garner.

Alexander

By Colin Farrell, Angelina Jolie, Val Kilmer, Jared Leto, Rosario Dawson and Anthony Hopkins. Super long and boring movie. Only watch it if you are into history. I enjoy it because I like greek gods, myths and Angelina Jolie with a strange accent.

Shooter
Let's just say it is a action thriller. Mark Wahlberg shines in this movie. Extremely entertaining. My brain did not work a single bit while watching this but it was well stimulated by all the gun shootings. Well done, marky mark.

Look who just got all cleaned up

This lady never goes to the shower without a fight. Now my back is covered with her scratches from her struggle.

Look at her. My stupid cat.

Movie marathon weekend

Watched 6 movies in a row this weekend. My eyes are now dried and tired.
13 going on 30
A girl version of the movie Big. I like Big much better. But I am biased because I love Tom Hanks. Jennifer Garner is good in this movie but it is Mark Ruffalo who steals the show.
Premonition

Good movie. Highly reccomended. By Sandra Bullock. I was thoroughly entertained by this movie.
Kill Bill Vol. 1

I don't know what takes me so long to watch this movie. I will get the Vol.2 tonight. Uma Thurman is so kick ass in this. Also love Lucy Liu. She is one amazing actress.
Walk the Line

Good movie. Not inspiring but it is a good movie to watch. Especially knowing that it is a true story.
Marie Antoinette

Virgin suicide is way better than this. Watch this if you are interested in Sofia Coppola, or Kirsten Dunst.
Bram Stoker's Dracula

Argh, I want to kill myself for watching this. It is one stupid movie. I seriously want my money back.
