Had dinner with friends at the new Indian restaurant Sukh Sagar in JBR on Tuesday night. We had the Dosa Teppenyaki, which is a live show of the master chef at the Dosa and Uttapam counter. We had tonnes of Dosa and Uttappams, of course. It was a buffet style kind of thing and they made mini versions of dosa and uttappams with different fillings and toppings at your request. I like the Masala (potatoes tempered with mustard and curry leaves) and Paneer (crumbled cottage cheese cooked with a blend of Indian spices) the most.
It was overall a fun experience and I guess I would go there more often.
