Saw this ready-made dumpling skin in Waitrose in the Dubai Mall. Also saw some Japanese pre-packed gyoza available. I was super happy and bought a few packs back home.
Used the skin to wrap the dumplings and made the soup dumpling first

Used the excess filling to make "tiny lion head"
Tiny lion head = fried meat ball
